"We were so pleased when we drove into the driveway. What a deal!!! (we were thinking) AND after entering the home, our smiles continued to grow as we looked around! The photos of the bedrooms do not show how large and well furnished(especially t.v's, music systems, etc..) they are. The house was so clean and inviting. We were comforted when we noticed how immaculate the interior AND exterior of the home were. The Daytona Beach community is beautiful and The Hideaway & Retreat homes are almost the quintessential American summer vacation place to go with your family/friends. Superb! Comfortable! Enjoyable! It feels like your own beach home!(almost to the point that you don't want to recommend it to others!-a best kept secret kind of place!) We will be back EVERY year, God willing, where our family can make memories for years to come!!!-"

Sleeping arrangements are unique to each residence, allowing 17 people to sleep comfortably in both houses (Nine in the Hide-Away and Eight in the Retreat). Located in famous Daytona Beach Shores with close proximity to the Sun Glow Pier, local fishing docks, marinas, and seafood eateries. Dining out here is a quest for fun and fresh seafood! It is never a dull moment in Daytona, which is only minutes away.

Ideal for any occasion- get-aways, vacations, honeymoons, reunions, gatherings of family and friends - this is the spot for you. Perfect for Daytona Beach's famous events such as the Daytona 500, Bike Week & Biketoberfest.

Seaside Luxury Rentals are managed by the staff at the Tavern and Chapel in the Gardens, a 10-acre garden venue that hosts both indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions as well as numerous social and business functions.

You can fly into Daytona Beach International Airport, approximately 10 minutes away or make the short drive of an hour or so to Orlando International Airport. We are located about 90 minutes to Orlando attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet 'N Wild, and Sea World.

The Retreat is a two story, four bedroom residence, which sleeps up to eight people. The Hide-Away is a single story, five bedroom residence which sleeps up to nine people. Available for rent individually or together as a private resort calledSeaside.Both homes are located on a gated 2/3 acre beachfront lot with ample parking for you and your guests.
